Good was good. Service was awesome

We went in and there was no wait. Very friendly waitress. Nice menu variety. I had a gyro platter- gyro, Greek salad & fries. My son had a cheeseburger and fries. In addition we ordered chocolate pie and rice pudding for dessert. Great prices! Meal, drink & dessert came to $10 per person. Atmosphere: very casual. My seat was torn & taped, but everything is neat & clean.

Went in for a quick lunch, got a great gyro for a great price and was back out under 30 mins. Will go back again to try more.

A very cozy and comfortable restaurant. The service is super friendly and fast. Even with a near lunchtime crowd filling in the restaurant, the food came out quickly and was excellent. So if you are from outside the area, like myself, and happen to come across Jane's you will not be disappointed.

Was here with a party of 4 in the inside dining room, on President's day. The gyro- and euro- platters, as well as the garden salad, seemed happily fulfilling for the others. The cheeseburger platter I had was good except for the cheeseburger! Why ? The bun was supersize, but the size of the burger was like having an elongated White Castle slider ! Plenty of fries, lettuce and tomato, though. Service was efficient, though unpolished. Extensive menu, value, older, established crowd, you will find worth your while to come here.

Always a wonderful meal served by staff who truly seem to care about you. We eat often at Jane's and find the staff have gotten to know us, but as a patron we see they are still attentive to all that come for a meal.

A beautiful tucked away gem. The restaurant has that hole in the wall feel that you know you’re dealing with a mom and pop shop and that there’s good food. I highly recommend the Swiss Mushroom Burger. That was the best burger that I’ve had in years. Good food. Cheap prices. To feed my family of six people was only about $37.00. We were passing through the area and found the diner nearby and will definitely stop again if we come through town again. Special thank you to Spencer who waited on us. I have a family of high strung white women and he handled everything perfectly. Worth the stop!

What a surprise! The fish sandwich was outstanding, but the real star was the onion rings. The onion rings were crisp on the outside and tender on the outside. I loved my meal. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Always excellent. Jane is there most of the time & is extremely hospitable. Food is always excellent & the specials are always delicious and plentiful. Wish the specials were Posted on the menue. As they are very hard to see where they are located. Their sausage links are the very best! Wait staff is very friendly and stop at table continually.

Jane's Diner has great home cooked food whether for breakfast,lunch or dinner. I love the desserts and the Greek style food. The service is good and the staff and owners are lovely. There is a reason it is always busy.

Took my Mom for lunch as per her request. Food was FANTASTIC. Waitress was an older lady. Not to friendly or attentive! But, would 100% go back.

Every thing was perfect , we went there for supper and the food was good and the service was good as always.

Jane's is a wonderful, hometown Greek diner where you can get anything from Bacon and eggs, to London Broil with Mushrooms and everything in between!! The staff is wonderful and the prices are too!!

One of my favorite diners in the area. Great food, great people, and great prices. Waiters and waitresses do an excellent job, and really take pride in the service that they provide to the public at this restaurant. Highly recommend Jane's on Conklin Ave.

Good breakfast options. The atmosphere is of a nice diner. Also great price value to meal portion.

I guess ordering a well done burger is too much to ask. Only a half inch thick and still red inside. I dont see why people wait in line at this place. The prices are the only good thing. If you're not a loyal local they know, you're treated like you're not there. Food is mediocre at best. The only 2 restaurants in Conklin are this dive and the way overpriced moxie. I'm really starting to wonder if everyone in ny state is on drugs if you think this place is any better than 1 star.

Best brunch spot in the area by far! Eggs cooked to perfection, delicious coffee and the owner's home made rice pudding is out of this world!!! The prices are so friendly you'll tip 50% for the excellent service. I will come back every opportunity I get. Outstanding.

The food was good. Prices are great! I was a little confused with the way my food came. A gyro platter where the salad came first and separate sho I had nothing but the meat and pita as the main dish. I've always had them as a package deal.

The atmosphere at Jane's is welcoming as if they were family that knows how to cook. The portions are really big and the price is really small. The wait staff is very friendly for the most part and they are really quick about getting your food and drinks to you. My wife and I frequent this place ever since we heard about it and Jane is usually there with a smile on her face. If you haven't been here then you are missing out on great food and great people.

It's with great hesitation that I write this review. There are a few places I go to regularly and this is one of them. Everytime I'm there the place is packed, the true sign of place you should avoid, and they really don't need me or anyone else driving traffic to them. So with that said don't eat here! You will only make me have to wait longer for my delicious western omelet and hashbrowns! Go elsewhere!!!

When you go to Jane's you become apart of Jane's family. We much enjoy the delicious burgers as well as the super fresh garden salad!! We always enjoyed the Chicken Quesadillas as well, but are not currently available on her post Covid menu. We hope they soon return😀 And honestly, we just love going and chatting with the people. Great atmosphere with Jane personally coming table to table to make sure you had the very best service and experience!! Jane's is a MUST go kinda place!
